Professional Bio
Denise joined NDAA in August of 2020. She also serves as the Executive Director (ED) for our neighbors (South Dakota Multi Housing Association (SDMHA)). "I have a passion for this industry and the people in it!" Look for her around North Dakota in 2021.
Denise worked in property management for 15+ years and as ED for SDMHA for the last 6 years. I am a faculty member of NAA Education Institute, teaching Fair Housing & Beyond, Property Management Like a Pro and other courses. She also teaches the SD Property Managers licensing class through Pro-Ed.
Denise also serves on the Sioux Empire Housing Partnership board of directors. And will serve as an Altar Society leader in 2021. Denise resides in Dell Rapids, SD with her husband. She has 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren.
