• The first 2 Entries per Category & Company will Be eligible
• Entries that qualify for the Top 5 of a Category will move to Phase Two
• Phase Two will come with Additional Questions

• Regional/Area Individual (Position that directly supports on-site teams)
• Marketing Campaign (submit branding, logo, website, flyers, and narrative on the inspiration of brand)
• Property Excellence: Affordable (Team, Resident Satisfaction, Financial Performance)
• Property Excellence: Market Rate (Team, Resident Satisfaction, Financial Performance)
• Associate Member (Best customer service and commitment to the success of our industry)
